Ready to welcome Guests

We are open for business – and safe to visit September 2020

Following weeks of uncertainty, we are delighted to announce that we're now open for business and very much looking forward to welcoming you back.

These really have been testing times for our business and our staff – as they will have been for you and your family – but since the country was placed into lockdown, we have been working tirelessly to ensure we could reopen when it was safe and right and do so.

As always, the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is paramount. We have followed government guidance and best practice advice to ensure that our business is 'COVID Secure'. This does mean that we have had to make some changes to the way we operate, but this has been done in the best interests of everyone and we appreciate your understanding. Please note the signage when you visit as it outlines the precautions we've put in place.

We don't want to use the phrase ‘business as usual’, as it's clearly not, but we're doing everything in our power to ensure that we continue to provide the products and services that our loyal customers turn to us for.

You can also be assured that we are constantly checking official advice and we will implement any changes if and when they arise.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for business in the past, your patience at this time, and your support in the future. These remain unfamiliar times for all of us, but by sticking together we are best placed to face the challenges that lie ahead.
